Vendors’ Selection Process
The selection process takes place
in front of the invited public
and from those who have applied using, food vendors will be selected using
a lottery drawing system.
On the lottery drawing date,
ESFNA’s Business Manager
will explain in detail the rules
and policies of the event, in
addition to the distribution of
the contractual agreement forms. We will announce our
lottery drawing date on our website and other media outlets.
Dry Goods Vendors are selected
on a “first-come, first-served”
basis until all the available
slots are fulfilled; however, ESFNA reserves the right to use its
discretion to ensure diversity of merchandise and services.
Vendors’
Advertisement and Banners
Vendors need to get a permit from
the Business Manager to post or
hang banner/advertisement inside
or outside of the event area.
SERVE FOODS THAT ARE
PREPARED / OBTAINED ONLY FROM
AN APPROVED SOURCE.
The Health Officer may impose
additional requirements to protect
against health hazards related
to the conduct of the temporary
food establishments and may prohibit
the sale of some or all potentially
hazardous foods.
Exhibitor Agreement
All Exhibitors agree to be present
in their booths during show hours,
and not to remove, close or dismantle
their exhibit until the show officially
closes. Exhibitors agree to be
fully responsible for their exhibits,
the contents thereof, and the
activities therein.
