We at ESFNA are delighted and excited to announce the kick-off of ESFNA EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM. This program will concentrate on locating Scholarship funds, grants and other types of educational funding and create a match with qualified students. We will also work with Schools, Government, Corporations, and other institutions to organize and make available educational funds to the many deserving students. On the second phase of our program, we will have available road maps for students in various disciplines to give a bird's eye view of their career path. We have found that it is taking longer for students to finish the requirements for a four year degree. By providing online road maps in various disciplines, we hope to provide a viable and strong career path and increase the success rate for students. For example, the greatest attrition rate for Engineering is during the freshman year when students must take the basic science and math courses, namely calculus and physics. With this road map, students will not only be in a better position to complete their studies successfully ontime, but will also be knowledgeable on future plans that could include graduate studies or working for industry. In addition, we plan to provide mentorship by renowned leaders both from industry and academia. This phase of our program will require the involvement of a great many professionals from all disciplines. So far, we have volunteers that have promised to share their expertise in Mechanical Engineering, and General medicine. As we all know, volunteers burnout when they are burdened with the entire load. We encourage all the professionals in every field to give us your contact information and take part in our program in a short-term basis. The success of this program hinges on your participation.
